IM isn't working for me. My back-up screen name works and I can log on, it's just my primary that I can't. I get a "unknown error" message"...

When you guys say down, do you mean that it just won't connect or does the program come up but not respond? I've been having that problem randomly for a few weeks now.

I only had a problem on the machine that was having network issues anyway. It is working fine on the other one and has been for almost two days straight.
