AIM directory?

I forgot to set my AIM to "Away", and somebody not on my list IM'd me while I was away from my desk. I'd like to know who it is, but all I have is their screen name. Putting it into Google gets two results and nothing relevant.

No big deal, I could wait for them to come back, but it would be nice to know who it is ahead of time - especially since the message they left me was "well, well, well".

Any place I can look up the screen name and see if there's any info?

Will that work? When I got back and replied I got "User is unavailable". S/he appears to be offline, unless AIM has some Appear Offline mode I don't know about...

Theres a feature to only allow people on their buddy list to IM them.. maybe she has that turned on

Yeah, I do too... when I got back I have no idea for how long "User ___ would like to send you a message" had been sitting there.


Oh well, I'll just wait until next time.
