Dude... that's how it is, and that's how it's been for the longest time. Why is it so hard to simply follow the rules!? When you own AOL, you can break your own rules.

No. I have different images depending on whether I'm at home or at work.

Just edit the animated GIF. Take out some colors and it'll be smaller...

I did... it started off as 130 kb and I got it down to around 23

hmm...aim should do some sorta update that allows for larger sizes...but then again there are still people using modems
