Dude... that's how it is, and that's how it's been for the longest time. Why is it so hard to simply follow the rules!? When you own AOL, you can break your own rules.

Just edit the animated GIF. Take out some colors and it'll be smaller...

I did... it started off as 130 kb and I got it down to around 23 🙂
