Want pics of final build plz. And what's with the CPU's, is it something we don't know about ? Mainstream lga1366 cpu's or something ? Dualcores ?

Interesting, if that Koolance 350 is any indication my suspicions were correct, no impingement but simply flood the entire surface.

Ah, gainestown are the xeon equivalents of the 920's, 940's and 965's ? Do they run in current x58 mobo's ( i guess they do since aigo plans on doing it ) ?

Goddamnit Aigo. Not again.

I'm finally building another rig, with a new i7, and you have to go up and show me up. I don't need to be one up'd. Pass a little wealth down a hundred miles south please.

But nice build. /jealous +1

had install nighmares.

loop 2 was giving me hell... and i had to ditch the second DDC cuz i ran out of room.

stupid sas cables all over the place... and same with power...

i need a larger case.. :

about 75% done you guys...

WB the 350 is an injector block.

Yes, gainestown cpu's will work on a X58.
Gotta love 2 x QPI later on... :T

i am posting from ASUS Splash as we speak right now...
I am having issues with my SAS controller... :\

I am right now currently dumbfounded on my cpu.

My sponsors original "i dont know" answer... was the correct answer b4 his "oh i got update"... (it couldnt be more off)

But i'll have to get back to you on the cpu later..

I was just reading about it over at XS, No nozzles and a fairly large orifice, more flow is better.

I had a compaq presario that was pretty extreme, also like this, probably too extreme for anandtech. Which is why I never brought you guys up to speed. I would of had to black out most of the specs anyway.

I cant give you guys more then this right now... If you ask why, look at where it says gainestown instead of bloomfield..

My SAS controller up and died... So i need to get a new one...
And massive cable management is needed, will probably do that next weekend as i swap blocks and try out a EK supreme..

Still need to tweek OC... :\

Why is the core speed blanked out, isn't that just 23x160 ? Or did you manage to adjust the multiplier anyways ?

Should be a nice Rig. I do have a Question for ya. I see ya spend a lot of time at XS water cooling section. Propabably the most Hyped water cooling forum in the world when it comes to Trueth.

My question is why the TC rad. Expensive and old tech. Copper Vs. Brass Tubes.

I know you seen the Thread of the recently preview of a new RAD@ XS forums. 8 cooling fins per inch on the tubes Nice thick cores. I won't say name as I have had On test bench. So I am not allowed. But that thread of the said preview for this rad was removed . The company that built the Rad. Had nothing to do with the preview being pulled. SO why was it pulled. A question you and all others should ask at said forum . I have but get ignored. Wait till ya see the performance of this rad. It just can't get any better . Unless one were to use silver tubes and fins. Were not talking feser here either.

Your choice of CPU blocks was perfect. How many LPS do you figure is running threw that block with your settup. On our test system the 350 block is really really good at about 7.5 lpm or 2gpm of flow threw the block. I was able to lower IC7 temps @ 4.2. 4.4 turbo. 4c. That doesn't seem like alot. But it took to below 60c on load . I am way happy with this block. But its still not the best. I can change flow threw 6 loops from zero flow all the way to 8gpm threw 1-6 loops. using a single pump threw Total pump @ 3" rise is 12 gpm. So we have perfect flow control threw all loops a hugh + . . No I will not say what pump we use. We use our own rads. Unless the customer ops for cheaper feser rads 3x 3 120s 15mm spacing . My own personnel gamers uses feser. Funny the only choice we give is rads. WE do plan on moving away from the feser and our own rads. As I can't beat the performance of the new rads . per fin area. SO thats that. This new rad is that good. We take pressure readings @ FLOW CONTROL UNIT FOR BOTH inlet and out let. Each return loop has its own temp guage so we have complete control over flow temps and pressure loss.

well,

i use TC becuase it was ment to fit on that case.

I have a fesser rads.. this monster for example..

http://i125.photobucket.com/al...aigomorla/IMG_0114.jpg

What rad are you talking about that got pulled from XS? The Monster?

about my cpu block, i believe my pumps are probably raited at 12-13PSI, i dont really care about flow in the cpu loop, impact blocks are more pressure dependant then flow depenant.

And flow and pressure are contrast of each other..
