Question AIDA64 Memory/Cache Benchmark Strangeness

In my secondary system which has an I5-12400/H610M/DDR4-3200, I noticed that in the AIDA64's Memory/Cache benchmark it show around 38000 MB/s for the memory read randomly but most of the time it will show around 46000 MB/s which I assume is where it should be. The 38000 MB/s happens about 1 out of every 3 time I run the Memory/Cache benchmark in AIDA64. I'm on Windows 11 24H2. This strangeness does not happen on my main system which has a Ryzen 7 7800X3D/X670E/DDR5-5200. I consistently get around 60,000 MB/s memory read on my main system in this benchmark. I tested my RAM with memtest86 and the Windows memory test and there were no errors. I get no WHEA errors at the times when it drops to 38000 MB/s happens according to HWiFO64. Anyone else having the same issue as me in AIDA64's Memory/Cache benchmark?

I found out what was causing this random performance drop in the memory read in AIDA64. It was because I set the C-State Limit to C6 in the BIOS. Disabling or leaving the C-State limit set to Auto in the BIOS, then this issue won't happen.
