Both. The one from Cheb Khaled (original), and the one playing in the background in that video (by Outlandish).

Edit: I see you're in Europe. Is Outlandish big there? AFAIK, no one really knows of 'em in the US.

No idea actually, that song was the first time I heard of them, and the last. But I hardly ever listen to the radio or watch music TV stations.

Edit: Btw, you can find a few decent Arabic/French remixes of the original song on Kazaa.
