It's been since November 26th since I've ordered a Microsoft USB optical mouse from them, and I still havent received any confirmation that the item has been shipped yet.
They told me there was going to be a 2-6 business day delay before shipping, due to holidays, and its been well beyond that.
And they havent returned any of my emails. What should I do?
