when you boil it down, history can always be retold in numerous ways.
I'm waiting for the new religions and new fairytales that develop out of our current time. Sadly, I don't quite think I'll get a chance to actually witness the raping of our history... but it's cool to think about. 🙂

Who will our modern day prophets be, of new sects and whatnot? Think anyone will alive today will have a larger story stamped onto their recorded history, contexts twisted and everything?

Even if he did resign the leadership will still stay in power. All we get is not having to hear about Ahmadinejad's silly statements any more.
 
He got a better job offer. The guy he is replacing just got shot and the body dumped into the sea....
