I got myself messed last night, I went down pretty heavy and didn't stop till about 6 in the morning drinking and fooling around. I woke up about 30 min ago at a girl's place and I walked back to my rez still half buzzed... and I feel like ASS.

1) Headache from alcohol
2) and 2, this happens every time I fool around with a girl, I get a sore throat. Take what you want from that.

So what do I do? I'm drinking lots of water, maybe pop an ADVIL (is that the right one? I know one other chemical doesn't work with alcohol) and sleep.. but ANYTHING else I should do? How much water should I be drinking.. and how much advil... and sore throat? what do I do...

I searched up drinking and alcoholl, I'm partially wasted and I really don't need a repost nazi right now. I'm about to crash and I'll refresh the screen in a few minutes... CAN YOU THROW UP THE MORNING AFTER? BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE I'M GOING TO.

Oh, and thanks AT. :) Ahh the wonders of college dorm life. After I find out I can let this thread die.. but please... MY HEAD :|

Just drink as much water as you can, preferably at least 6 pints on a hangover day, it makes you feel better very quickly. And as for the sore throats after fooling around with those girls, you might have caught something, UGH.:)

EDIT - Of course food helps, have you ever got drunk before? lol, food = energy = good.

Water and Advil is your best bet for pain relief, but it's still the weekend, so a shot of something is also acceptable, and may help the headache.

As far as the sore thought, you should find guys with smaller.... nevermind.. :)

I feel for you...Just be prepared to have crappy day full of headaches and body aches. The only real cure is rest and plenty of fluids...Alcohol sucks all the juices out of a body and that is why you have a headache...Pop some tylenol, asprin, advil or anything along those lines and get some rest and remember what your tolerance is....Peace Out!

I never drank to the point of where I had to throw up. And it was all girls -......
But I think I pushed it farther than usual - I don't drink too often. But it's between almost going there....wait a second that didn't make sense...

QUICK QUESTION - CAN YOU THROW UP THE MORNING AFTER? BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE I'M GOING TO.

Throwing up the day after is also a very good thing, it gets all the poison out of your system about 10x quicker than it would normally go. My friend used to make himself hurl every morning after a heavy night, and while gross, it did the trick for him and he swore by it. :)

Also, in the future, make sure you don't eat on an empty stomach. That's a killer. Lots of greasy pizza or bread or something is good. And if you can, don't just drink alcohol... drink water too. That should help alleviate some of the hangover issues.

4 advil + 4 rolaids + 2 multivitamins + 1 gallon of water + 4 hours of sleep = wake up feeling fine, ready to do it again the next night.

Simms, you yourself to the nearest fast food place and get the largest amount of fries you can. STAT!
Grease does wonders for the digestive side of the hangover.

Listen very carefully...and in this order.

1) 2 pints of water
2) Painkillers + 2 pints of water
3) Greasy food (stodgy works too, anything to make you drop some friends of at the pool ;))
4) 2 Pints of water followed by 4 hours sleep.

Oh, drink water the night before, and if it really is that bad, it has to be hair of the dog. Doctor prescribes 1 pint of water + a shot of something. Not too sugary though.

That is more of a personal thing. Grease made me nauseous just thinking of it. My cure was Italian Hero's (Sub sandwiches). Get two, scarf one down as fast as I could, then take my time with the other. That took care of evrything but the headaches. At least for me.

If you go at it enough simms, you will find out what works for you.

As the saying goes: Practice makes perfect.
