I work at Walgreens and one customer asked to use the bathroom. I let him in and he freaking $hit all over the freaking floor.

I think every place I've ever worked at (same goes with all my family members) have customers that do that. It sucks. But with the federal handicap law, you cannot legally refuse customers to use your bathrooms.

No you cannot, but you CAN refuse to serve customers (as long as it's not a policy of race-based or other discrimination) if you operate a private business.
