I saw it many times before, don't really know is it a hoax or not I was happened in Taiwan, a guy use water from a pond, river or something like that to wast his face, then the egg got into his eyes and the worm grow by sucking the nutrition from his eye. I heard it was happend in a reputable hospital and was confirmed by the doctor.
