No matter what speed I ry running the Duron @ (Either 600 w/ Jumper free mode, 600 set by jumpers, or 950 (which it ran fine @ for 2 months)), it will get to the Updating ESCD Sucess then lock up. The numlock key is "ON" and Ctrl-Alt-Delete doesnt do anything.... Any idea what this might be? Helllpppp me :)

Were you installing something?

or did it just up and die one minute?

I would try the following:

1. reset the bios jumper
2. set the cpu to normal speed
3. buy another duron if 1 and 2 dont work

May also want to yank all of your cards except video. It may be having a problem trying to resolve some IRQ's.

Try another cpu and return it later(no need to keep the 2nd cpu just test to see if it works) if that does not work your mobo is the problem. It could also be memory or vid card.
