I've eaten exotic foods in far away locales, but I will always come back to some of my basic childhood comfort foods.
EDIT: After reading this, tell the thread what your comfort food is.

PB&J
The bread is fresh, yet strong enough to hold the peanut butter and jelly. Mine is whole wheat.

The peanut butter: crunchy Jiff

The jelly: ah, that's the special part for me. A large variety to choose from. Today, I went with homemade blackberry preserves.

Use a knife to spread the peanut butter and cover all the surface area of one slice of bread. Use a spoon to dollop a healthy portion of jelly on to the other other slice. Slap the two pices together and cut it diagonally.

Mmmmmmmmmm.
I  PB&Js.

Oh, and a tall glass of 2% milk to wash it down.

Lemme guess:
You are the boring troll who eats tasteless bleached white bread with generic grape jelly.

And by the way, when I got laid for the first time, your momma said I was better than you.

Hahahahha, jerk.

I dont know how wheat bread could taste good with pb & jelly. I use white bread and either the stuff that has the pb&jelly i the same container, or grape jelly and crunchy peanut butter.

There is no such thing EA likes.

I like quite a few things. Apparently I just have very little in common with most of the people on this board, for which, of course, I'm grateful. ;)

Turkey sandwich fan I presume? Why is everyone so pissed off and moody lately?

Maybe the guy's eating whole wheat bread because he knows the nutritional crap (or lack therefore) that white bread provides. Personally, I prefer PB&Js on whole wheat bread as well, and like blackberry preserves if I don't have any grape jelly.

No one cares about what you think....go away

I don't know how white bread could taste good with anything, but that's just me.

The only problem I have with the above besides the blackberry, has to be strawberry, is the PB. Sure we both know crunchy is King but come on it has to be Peter Pan.

Peter Pan--->Higher sugar content ...yummy
Dont forget the extra salty Lays potato chips on the side too!:D

Grilled PB&J!!!!

Wife bakes bread... So:

1. Fresh homeade bread
2. Thin layer of butter
3. Jif Extra Crunchy
4. Smuckers Strawberrry Jam (NOT JELLY)
5. And if I'm in the mood for funky - a thin layer of sliced Banana's :).
6. Sometimes the above requires the use of three pieces of bread.

Now, that's all good the way it is.. But Fry that sucker up like a grilled cheese samich and YYYUUUUUUMMMMMM!!! All sorts of crispy melted goodness! :D :D.

Man, now I'm hungry.
