5x12 sets on everything, with a 30 second rest in between = MAJOR killer.

And to top everything off with 5x12 set of CLEANS!! Mannn, track training is haaarrrddddd. I'm so sore. Walking down stairs, walking up stairs, hell, even putting on my backpack hurts!
 
I think both is the hardest....
I do 4 sets of 8 then on my 5th set I get as many as I can until I die and then I get 3 more w/ a spotter
