Anyway I downloaded and installed a freeware version of IconPacker, Cnet said it was safe and it worked ok but really didn't do anything amazing so I was going to uninstall it, but every time I choose to uninstall (even from the Add/Remove Programs thing) it says:

Error: Application path not found

Please run the IconPackager setup again to correct this problem.

Anyway of course I run the setup another five times, doesn't work, I redownload it and try, doesn't work, how can I uninstall it?
 
NVM guys I got it to uninstall! When I clicked the uninstall the first time after I install it blinks but does nothing. Then after that it gives me the error. Well I installed it fresh, and before I tried to uninstall from the start menu I did it from the Add/Remove Programs and it worked. POS.
