I mentioned that I accept PayPal payment and I gave him my PayPal email and this is what I got:

I responded:

That's how you pay on PayPal.

You log into PayPal, and do send money and fill it in as eBay auction and you put in my email as the recipient.

I guess you really haven't done it this way before. I'll send you a PayPal bill. ok?

He responded back:

i've seen worse at work. a customer once asked how we get the prescription into the lens of her glasses. some people just have no clue.
