Ahhhh.. Can life get any better???

-I just finished up with a nice long 30 min steaming hot shower
-I'm lounging on the couch in my favorite gym shorts and ratted out t-shirt
-The wife is gone until at least 7:30 tonight
-The kids are gone too!
-I've got new episodes of Earl and The Office on TiVo
-A St. Louis Rams game to watch at 2:00
-Fast and the Furious 3 (such a guilty pleasure ;P ) cued up on PPV
-And the fine people of ATOT to keep me company!!

Yes, today is MY day and just like Peter Gibbons from Office Space; I'm going to do absolutely nothing, and it's going to be everything I thought it could be!!!

Now this is the good life

Oh Yeah, I guess I forgot to mention that....
Lately I've been spending most of that time on my NES emulator (Xbox 360 controller w/ Windows drivers works exceptionally well for this!)

If I get bored with that I may kick it over to one of the consoles

Just for the record.... My wife, the absolute best! And our kids are great too, but once in a while it's nice to have the whole day to yourself.

Trust me, I have no expectations for this movie except to see some cool cars and some decent stunt driving (albeit most is computer generated these days).

Hence the reason I haven't seen it yet, but I figured it would at the very least it would be mindlessly entertaining.

-So, it is now officially 12:46 Arizona time.
-I'm officially caught up for the week on Earl and The Office
-I'm on my second helping of leftover Chinese food
-Fast and Furious 3 met all of my expectations (which weren't much to begin with)
-It's a little over two hours until game time
-I think I may take a nap
-Did I mention that today was a good day?
