Tell him that you dont want to use a 'money gram' because its too dangerous. Ask if he will accept a credit card(he probably will). Then send him this.

HAHAHA! This thread reminds me of my cousin who thought he could get an 03 5-series off of ebay for like 15,000. HAHAHAHAHAHA! He was about to send half of it too, until he got reply from another email address to send money and realized it wuz scam!
