yeap. in fact some of the stuff we did as kids would get us on the terrorist watch list.

we would make pipe bombs, Molotov cocktails, etc. it was not uncommon for something to be blown up in the summer.

not to mention the fact we would shoot out lights, stop signs (well any sign) etc.

this is not to say the little bastards shouldnt pay for the damage. heck they s hould also do some community service.
