It wants to debug faulty webpages in IE all the time. How do i stop this prompt? I tried to uninstall.. no fix.. HELP

And no attacks on MS. stfu

Well, since you insulted the Borg's favorite tool for assimilation I won't tell you to go to the IE "tools" menu, choose Internet Options > Advanced > disable script debugging. At least not until you apologize for having unkind thoughts about your master.
 
you are right.. it is an amazing tool 😛 but usually on the sites that you are making, and not browsing 😛
