Ahhh now I know why my Vista MC plays H.264, .ts, and VC-1 smoother

Got a x1600pro for my VMC. H.264 and .ts video files plays smooth while I get frame skipping and stuttering on my main rig with a x800xt. Found out x1600's have hardware acceleration for these video files. Good thing I didn't cheap out for a 9600pro or something older.

The rule is "cheap but not old" for HTPCs.
