Better off getting manuf. strings from their webpage. Usually a few minor settings are changed.

Well...found a DLL called ActiveComPort that's free and plugged it into a .NET project and it dials just fine with the ATDT command and ATH hung up as expected. SWEET!

Man...haven't done this in YEARS! :)

AT&0 = favorite one - turn off the sound the modem makes when connecting!

I just had to dig up my rusty old AT lists to fix a dos based voice mail system. The old 2400 baud modem it used (!) finally croaked. The vendor went out of biz so I had to figger out a 33.6 and reset the command strings and such.

It was acutally fun! ;)
