Our first outdoor track meet is the 17th.
Prolly won't win anything, my time in the mile is 5:15, which is 20 seconds too slow to qualify 🙁
Oh well, only a sophomore, still got more time to get better

4:55 seconds to QUALIFY???? That's insane!! I might be lucky to make 7:00. I gotta start getting into shape.
Holy Sh!t. That is insane d00d. Only one person on our team can do that, but he is the best runner in the state of Maine, so doesn't surprise me.Originally posted by: nick1985

Yeh. 4:55 aint that hard. I probably have a better chance at qualifying for the 2 mile, which is 10:55. I can easily keep up a 5:27/mile pace for two miles.
chirst!!! i want those standards!!! i gotta run a 9:37 for the 2 mile here in illinois to make it.
