And at any given time there's about 20+ calls in the queue and a service level of 15%. On a normal busy day there's probably 4-5 calls in the queue and a service level of 50%.
OMG FINALLY IT'S DONE. That was the most hectic two hours at this company here.
As for the upgrade, it was basically some maintenance/optimization stuff that they did. The svc lvl is back up to 41% and the queues are currently empty
