AHHH, I just took this out of the smoker.

A pork roast to die for!

Five and a half hours of smoking over mesquite chunks has produced this work of art. It has to "rest" for about 20 minutes before carving, but it is going to be delicious. I also fixed a huge pot of mashed potatoes and plenty of gravy to go with it. If there is room on the plate corn is available, as well.

Mine is the one at the bottom. I got it at Home Depot a few years ago and it is worth every penny.
