I'm up at 00:00 looking for some damned papers to stick in my portfolio thats worth ~33% of my grade...... 3x as much as the final! While I'm gone, could one of you teachers out there (or anyone else who knows) explain to me how me keeping all my papers all year constitues me learning the French language? Becase I really dont get it

Well if your in uhh elementary it might be the teacher trying to teach you organization skills... but I doubt your in elementary.

My guess would be is that french is gay and/or the teacher is a lazyass to mark properly.

Mange la merde, grosse vache!

Let's try another language... Can anybody (without a translator) tell me what "ti si hovno v sachku" means? :D Or, or... "du bist ein grosse schwein"? ;)

Hehehehe :D

RSI its the same translation of Mange la merde, grosse vache! :)

I don't know the other languages, but from the syntax and the way it sounds, its about the same!

actually, french is an easy language to learn properly compared to english.

sure, it's easier to learn basic english than basic french, but when you go deeper, it turns around, then french seems easy, and english makes you go loony.

it's insanely harder to talk proper english compared to proper french.

Ok, learn this then, high school student: Very few young people in France will use "vous" unless speaking in a formal environment to their elders. "Tu" is the common, everyday style of speaking.

For those that "hate French" -- you've obviously never heard a French girl/woman talk. If you had, you would not fail to see a reason to learn the language! Comme j'aime les francaises!!

it's insanely harder to talk proper english compared to proper french.

Something must be wrong in the world -- I agree wholeheartedly with Aelus.
