AHHH, I forgot which contacts were for my right eyes and which for my left!!

I was always used to the boxes being labeled Left and Right, and I bought a different brand that just labels the power and curve so now I totally forget which is for which eye! I know my left eye is slightly worse, but I don't know if the numbers go up or down. One is -4.50 in power and one is -3.50, which one is a higher prescription!?
 
I had this happen to me...just put them in your eyes and see which way feels "right." My one eye is slightly worse than my other, and I could tell when I had the wrong ones in my eyes.
