Ahhh! How to retrieve the email I just deleted?

I think I accidentally deleted 2 very important emails just a moment ago...it was in Bulk-mail folder, so out of habbit, I just empty the entire folder...and I think I caught a glimpse of 2 very important emails....now how do I retrieve it? I hit "back" button...but it's already been updated

You guys are a riot. 100GB HDDs and you have to empty the deleted mail as a matter of routine.

I've got email dated back to early 1996 and spam from early 1999. I've retrieved mail that was accidently thrown there too. It ain't hurting a damn thing to leave it sit right where it is.

You want it back? Don't write anything else to that HDD and send it here.

I think he was on hotmail on webmail.
Doubt it ever made it to his hd, cause cache should've been set to no. Although I wouldnt be surprised if MS left it to like a year...

Me thinks you should upgrade email. Use something like outlook, and tell it to download msgs from the server, BUT leave them on the server.

I'm assuming that he is using hotmail, so yeah emptying bulk mail is a normal thing to do. It's not stored on hard drive so space is very limited. You're screwed by the way.

Yeah, i've never emptied my emails... only time is when i do a clean format of my system, which doesn't happen very often.
