Ahhh...Anyone using msn explorer

I need some help. Msn explorer seems to like using the auto-complete and auto-search. I have already turned these off in IE5.5 but they will not turn off in MSN explorer. How do i do this or if not possible where are the data files with them in? I need this as it uses valuble space on my c: drive.
Any ideas?
