Just measure the length of the ones on your car and get new blades. Most just snap off/on. There are two main types of latching mechanisms. Both are pretty easy to operate.
Refills come in at least 3 different widths, and getting the right one the first time is rare.
Just go to an auto parts store and ask them to help you. Most auto parts stores (Advance, Autozone and Pepboys at least) replace them for free.
It's one of those things that once you see how it is done, you say "Doh!"
