We had snow flurries last Tuesday, today is was 80+. Spring in New England is always an adventure. Thunderstorms a possibility on Friday.

Gettin a big one this morning! Got really dark, had a ~50 MPH wind gust, heavy rain, and hail! Lightning has been hitting pretty close too.

Here is a pic of the hail:

So glad it's finally spring!

i was walking out the door this morning when the sky opened up. massive downpour. sounded like marbles clattering against everything. 10 min later it was over. just one little cell moving across the area.

I saw the crazy lightning last night too, I'm in London, ON, about 2h from Detroit.
I didn't lose power but it did brown once.

Raining like crazy again this morning. I guess thats why we're under a "rainfall advisory"

Yeah, haven't had a good storm in a while. Better than the snow.

Our internal storm application doesn't even have an open storm for last night/today. Guess there were hardly any outages somehow.

I've never had any type of electronic equipment damaged from a storm. :hmm:

Where I live in the mountains thunderstorms routinely take down lines and lightening strikes blow transformers.

Back in the days of dial up I could replace 6-8 modems following a thunderstorm.

Man, really strong, but thankfully small, cell of T-storms just rolled through. High wind, constant lightning, house-shaking thunder, hail.
