I had a fight with someone on the internet in a chattbox where it shows part of people's IP address everytime they post a message. (like 67.123.196.*) The person has my IP, but missing the last two numbers. Is he/she still able to track me down??

He/she already figured out the city i live in. How do they know?? Just by my IP without the last two #...???

just run an tracert with any number between 1 and 254 with the partly IP number given. Any one can figure out which city you live in.

6 have open shares on their machines,
