AHH! Not another one!!

Obviously the people at guitartabs.cc are thieves

No one supports the MPAA and RIAA anymore. Anyone who does is nuts.

Maybe they should just make it illegal to have any musical talent, since anyone with a good ear can transcribe those things.

It's not like that law would affect their artists any.

Whew, my sarcasm meter almost broke after your first statement =P

Eventually they'll take it too far and destroy themselves.

I wish I knew some way to speed along the process.

I guess I'll just continue to use these sites before the MPAA decides they're illegal and distribute the tab.

I wish someone would go around and archive all the content.

You could burn high-quality copies of popular CDs and distribute them for free. That could accelerate it.

I don't think I could ever match the quantity or quality already available for free on teh intraweb.

Or, at least that's what I heard >_>

This is just sad 🙁

Why would you do this.... why....why.....

Because they can. Another reason why I like bluegrass music. This would never happen in the bluegrass community.

It makes NO SENSE WHATSOEVER to block people from reading TABS. How is that copyright infringement? Tabs are for guitar/bass players to teach OTHER players how to play their favorite songs. Where's the harm in that? Yeah, I've seen books with tabs in them for sale in music stores, but most of the tabs on these websites are people creating their own. Its not like they are plagiarizing the books (which usually are inaccurate anyways)... I just don't understand their logic behind this.

What I think is going on is that, now, with this new step, the RIAA can sue the ARTISTS THEMSELVES, thus bringing their "justice" full circle to sue EVERYONE!

These companies are part of a terrorist regime and must be dealt with accordingly. I imagine if a poll were set up most people would rather oust the MPA/RIAA/NMPA rather than Al Queda.

guess what, dumbasses? sheet music is more often than not the ORIGINAL medium that the song was copyrighted in. if you copy someone else's book and publish it, it's still infringment even if you manually re-typed it. duh. and many owners of sheet music do publish their music in sheet form. go to the music store and buy it if you're such a pvssy that you can't write your own.
