ahh I need an alarm clock

Anyone have any good alarm clock programs for the PC. My alarm clock died and I need to get up at a certain time tomorrow.

I think to set an alarm, you have to make an event and then you can set an alarm to sound for that event.

I dont see any options for sound.

Make a new event, a box opens up. Where it says about setting an alarm, click the check box and then press the megaphone button to choose a sound.

Couldn't you set windows scheduler to open a batch file that asks Winamp to play a particular MP3 or something?

IINM, I used this once when my alarm clock batt died. Playing Jump Around loud on an Altec Lansing ACS-48 will wake any man up

Yep -- I just schedule a job to wake me up (in cases such that I need my computer to wake me up in addition to my cell phone and alarm clock). I use wizmo to set volume to 100%, and play the sound file.
