AHH i found out my procesor's reason for heating up

The difference is the L2 cache size (512kb vs 1mb), and the process they are made on (130nm vs 90nm).
 
bad architecture in the core led to increased voltage and more heat to get more ghz and worse performance. Poor intel and their crappy designs.
