I don't know if this question applies here, but any help is appreciated. I purchased nero7 online, I upgraded to two SATA HDD'S, had problems and lost all my data and did not have time to backup the e-mail with the key. In the website says that if you do not register Nero, they can not provide you with another key, but the other websites that I have purchased software have already re- sent me my key, I have contacted technical support several times, but I haven't received any response, what can you do, if anything in this situation?
