AHCI or RAID during WinXP setup?

I'm installing WinXP SP1 on a Dell 8400. I've never messed with SATA or RAID controllers before.

I'm using the F6 option during the WinXP setup, and I have two options - SATA AHCI and SATA RAID (both have the same chipset number). I'm only using a single SATA HD, so should I choose the AHCI driver? Never heard of that term before.
