AHCI, how to enable?

and nope changing ahci to raid in bios will make my system go to an endless restart :( i will just reinstall windows tomorrow.

like the other guy mentioned is there any way to disable that and what happens when you accidentally remove os?
I have tried ejecting the disk and a warning display that you cannot remove the disk is displayed.

Maybe not necessary for mirror raid. Someone who knows more can advice you better.

OP, what are your intentions with this SSD?
Do you want to do a RAID array sometime in the future possibly?

oh okay nice to know that.anyway i was deleting windows files on old hdd but cant inside windows so i booted up to linux then deleted the files.restarted and got BOOT MGR IS MISSING :p im aware something like this would happen but for i already experience this one before haha!f*ck windows.

No RAID, but installing a second disk is a possibility. The computer is my nephew's and he had problem with the capacity (160GB). He will be getting a laptop in the future (next year?), and probably a second HDD, internal or maybe external.

wtf my crystaldisk mark score went down by half after installing windows again :( should i try one more time?hahaha!
