Beaten by the piggies....how embarrassing.....all I can say is one team was really well prepared and wanted to win...the other was coached by Mack Brown.

Man....I really wanted Texas to be undefeated for the Red River Shootout so Oklahoma could ruin their national championship dreams....

bummer of a game, i was there. everyone will blame it on Mock, but he wasnt the problem. not one single Longhorn played well. sucks to get totally dominated, but you've got to hand it to Arkansas, they came ready to play and werent intimidated. afraid k state and oklahoma will crush us now, we looked terrible. thinking about selling my OU ticket 😛. mack brown won't last until the end of the season, he just cant seem to take us to the elite level.

mock was not the problem. johnny unitas could not have led that team to victory today. no protection, no open receivers, no running game, no help from defense = blame it on the qb?

you dont see them running plays in practice. you didn't pay attention to his poise in the pocket and calling plays. why even live in austin if you are so anti-UT?

Anti-UT huh?? I just graduated from UT. I am a huge UT fan. All I'm saying is I don't think todays game was Mocks fault, and I'm not sure Vince Young would do any better.

yeah, cedric just doesnt seem to run hard. never really has. i guess he could get away with it in high school, but not college.

You can tell that in the way he gets tackled. Cobbs seemed to always fall forward for another yard when being tackled. But you can't overlook the fact the offensive line was dominated. There was a defensive lineman wherever Benson ran.
 
You Texas fans crack me up....never happy with your starting QB......first it was Simms over Applewhite....then it was Applewhite over Simms....now it's Young over Mock.....give it a rest.....Young may be a good QB some day but all I've seen of his so far is his legs......every pass I have seen him throw has been a lob that a WR has had to run to and try to get under.....Young doesn't seem to have any touch......but yeah....he's your new savior that will turn everything around.......UT has all the talent in the world and they never live up to their expectations and hype.....wonder why that is? Couldn't be that Mack Brown can't coach for sh1t could it?
 
That loss was very depressing. 🙁 UT looked uninspired, and Mack Brown did a lousy coaching job. I don't blame Mock entirely, but he sure did blow a lot of passes late in the game...

I do have to hand it to the Razorback offensive front line. They were solid all day, and probably were the determining factor in the game.
