Bill Maher's show is generally good. I dislike his condescension towards all religious people, but I admire the respect he shows guests who disagree with him. Would that the Fox hosts (O'Reilly & Hannity in particular) would treat the opposition so well. Of course, if they did, they would have to listen to a different opinion, rather than just cut it off and belittle the speaker...
 
I think he's a funny guy, when he uses his biting wit and not his 7th grade humor.

I used to watch his HBO show but he's just too obscene when he doesn't need to be.

He's hard on both sides, I'll definitely give him that.
