LOL, just be careful who you flash with them, you could end up with an ass beating or a bullet in the head.
 
Last year my brother and I were driving down to Ann Arbor, at a long red light some girls in a Bonneville in front of us whipped one of these out and started flashing us the messages and laughing (they were just playing around). Turns out we were both going to the same place (football game).

I don't think, as a driver, this would be very practical. If you've got passengers it works well though.
