I was just driving home from Best Buy, and I saw this lady so incedibly pissed off in traffic. Here was the scenario:

Some little POS car had died in the left lane of traffic, and there was an 18 wheeler, big painter van, the lady's jeep cherokee, and then me in my 1988 Escort (nope, mine didn't break down ;)). Well, light turns green, and the lane doesn't start moving (obviously). The lady starts making hand gestures and stuff, showing that she is becoming pissed, and she is like trying to look around both sides of the huge 18 wheeler and van to see what is wrong. Well, she then sees the broke down car after swerving the jeep back and forth a few times to get a better view for herself. Of course, now she is going to try and get into the right lane and pass by the trucks. Well, same time she decides that, so does the guy in the 18 wheeler and the huge van, so she is again cut off, and jerks back into the left lane, drives up the median (just a flat median, no curb), and passes by the broke down car. By this time the light was already red, so she got screwed out of going anyway, and squealed her tires once that light went green again.

Ahh that gave me and a few other drivers around a good laugh. Just thought I would share.

Reminds of a time when I was at a red light in 2 lanes of traffic, and from behind me, an 18-wheeler and a dump truck pulled out of a stop sign, drove in the on-coming traffic (2 lanes on that side, too) lanes, up to the red light, and made a left turn without even stopping.

I guess the guy in the car next to me saw the look on my face and rolled down his window and commented to me something like "Just when I start to think I've seen every stupid driver in the world, someone else comes along..."

It's fun when drivers interact with each other positively for a change :)

I was sitting at a red light (back when I had my Camaro) and there was a Jeep full of guys next to me. They were probably in their early 20's or so, looked like a bunch of morons. Hats on backwards, baggy clothes, necklaces. Ya know, those guys. Well this guy starts revving his engine and looking at me like he's a bad ass. So I give it the gas real fast and move forward about 2 feet and stopped but he guns it. The light of course was still red, he just assumed it was green since I took off. He got about 3/4 of the way through the intersection before he realised no one else had moved. OOOoh how I wish a cop would have been there.

Didnt think he woudl do that, wasn't trying to get him to do it. Would have felt kinda bad had he hit someone (he was in the right lane).

Reminds me the time when I was stopped at a red light at a 3 lane highway in my direction. Its the greatest intersection because at the light the speed limit goes from 45 to 55 so everybody will try to race and what not since you have a long flat and high speed opertunity. So anyways everyone is very jumpy and usualy when the left turn arrow goes green someone will inch forward about 2 feet. Well there was one time that an idiot in a BMW was revving and wanting to go so he floors it at the left turn arrow. It takes him about half way through the intersection to realize its not green. Luckily for him there wasnt much opposing traffic. So everybody in the front of the intersection starts to laugh.

hehehe, just for fun try slipping your car into reverse and slowly backing up to make the guy next to you think he is rolling forward. :D

just make sure there is noone behind you.

Do it with two cars for a better effect. -- My buddy and I did this once. We were at a red light. 3 lanes. Victim car was in the middle lane. My buddy and I took our positions on each side of the victim. We both looked across to each other. Eye contact with each other was the signal. We both started creeping back slowly without an expression on our faces. Yes, it was hilarious.

Speaking of road funnies, one time [at band camp] I noticed the girl driving the car behind me was putting on makeup. On the freeway! So I slowed down without using my brakes. She noticed she was getting close so she stopped with the makeup to slow down so she doesn't rear end me. Once she was at a safe distance again, she continued with the makeup. At that point, I sped up. She then noticed the gap so she stopped with the makeup and sped up. When things looked clear again, she started with the makeup again. That's when I started to slow down again... then sped up... then slowed down... until she had to exit. She was probably just lightly pissed, but I had fun messing with her.
