System specs are in the Rig in my Sig :) but here's a quick rundown of the suspect hardware:
Asus A7V Revision 1.01.P (KT133)
AMD Duron Week 29 Retail 600@1000 MHz
(L1 and L7 bridges were connected so it's unlocked and set for 1.85volts)

Ok here's the problem, using the dip switches on the board I can only access the 6.0 and 10.0 multipliers, everything else results in NO POST! I've tried jumperfree and jumper-mode. I've also tried some trick that a MSI Turbo user did that fixed their issue by flipping the switch off on the back of my PSU, but that didn't work either. So it's perfectly stable at 1000 in fact it will POST at 1100 MHz, but I want to tinker with the FSB. I can't with the 10.0 multiplier since it becomes unstable in CPU intensive stuff after 1040 MHz. I'm currently using the 1007 BIOS. Anyone know why I cannot access the other multipliers??? C'mon A7V owners, I know a lot of you are out there ;) Please help a fellow Asus and AMD owner out. TIA.

I found the Asus manual a little confusing concerning the layout of the dip switch instructions. My 800 bird was posting @ 888 mhz no matter what multiplier :p
Then I realized that the 4 dip switches for fsb were ALL in the wrong position (all up, when all should've been down) & my fsb was running @ 110 instead of 100.
Double check that.
:D-~

I'm surprised not as many ppl replied since the A7V was the most sold motherboard in the US for Duron/Athlon applications. Damn, my problem must be an isolated case. Doh!
