Ah, youth!

After I saw this, my thoughts were, "How stupid!"

That was until I remembered that I took a dirt bike into a brick wall at his age. I had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance. My stay lasted about three days, and I had broken my wrist in two places.

Ah, youth!

Bill Gates didn't do that when he was young. It proves there is nothing wrong with youth, it's what they choose.

I'm still trying to figure out exactly what he was trying to do....I mean, I guess he was hoping to ride up on those ramp-like arches on either side of the door, but once he did that, then what?

Although yeah, I definitely saw equally-stupid things done while growing up.

He had knocked out some teeth. They were showing them in the grass.

QFT, there are those that learn from others mistakes and those that have to learn from falling down and getting banged up themselves.

You stayed in the hospital 3 days for a broken wrist? How long ago was this? Today that's probably just an in-and-out thing, no more than a day's stay.

I wasn't wearing a helmet. I stuck my arm out in front of me as I was hitting. My head plowed into the wall giving me a concussion, contusions, and broken blood vessels in my eyes. This isn't even mentioning what a bruised face that I had. I still have a small dent in my forehead to this day.

I went back to examine the wall a few years after it happened. I found some of my hair still sticking out of it.

Oh, yeah, I saw the teeth; I was just trying to figure out what the original purpose of the whole stunt was...I'm hoping he didn't go into it planning to knock out some teeth and break his jaw.

It wasn't about "how old" the video is. It's a comparison of what this kid and I went through. Although, I did have two other kids raining dirt clods down on me from the field up above.

It's why I was going too fast to make the corner. I was trying to get by them before they could launch their "attack."
