The computers in my school's library all use Windows 2000 so I, of course, start net sending people. I told a few people how to do it and then they too net send people. Mostly we just message each other but I created a .bat file to send to my friend this:

Please step away from the computer; stupiding yourself to death can't be healthy.

Now, the .bat files sends it at least 50 times... and then I just hit the Up key and Enter a few more times. That gets him good. Muahahahaha!

UPDATE: As of today the teachers have warned all the students that they will be kicked out of summer school if they are caught IMing. Hehe. Anyways, the only reason that this has happened is because one guy created a .bat file that sent the message "I'm watching you" to every single computer on the school district's network... Heh I still use it though to chat with some hot girls.
 
i did that in highschool and the teacher threatened to ban us from the computers which were necessary for the course work

I did the same thing at school. Through Novell's version of netsend, went to every computer in the entire building. Got kicked off the computers for 3 weeks.

i had more fun icmp'ing ppl on irc though, more benign (only knocks them off irc)
 
i did that at a lan party...

I was getting fragged like no other, and everyone was like, man u suck. I was like, you'll regret that. so then, who ever laughed at me, got 100+ netsend messages saying,

"IF YOU LIEK IT UP DE BUTT, CLICK OK or CLOSE THIS WINDOW"
 
As in a previous thread, that doesn't happen on my network without dire consequences. You'd get one chance on my network to do that, then you're toast. As stated by others, have fun while it lasts.
