AH! Power supply is undersuplying

I have an enermax 465P whisper power supply. I got it about 3 months ago. I was looking at my motherboard manger and noticed that the 5v rail was putting out 4.68, my 12V rail was putting out 11.80 and my 3.3 was putting out 3.20. These seem quite low for a power supply that I paid $90 dollars for.
 
I have the exact same PS, the only rail i have problems with is the 5V rail. It's reported as 4.68V with a 1700+ AthlonXP.
2.5V rail is putting out 2.64V.
3.3V rail is putting out 3.56V.
12V rail is putting out 12.07V.

VCore is dead on at 1.75V.

No problems with stability though so i'm not worried.
