Ah...night runs are so relaxing...

Just moved into the dorms here at U of M and had nothing to do tonight. I'm exhausted from doing security all day at the UM game, so I decided to give myself a good night's sleep and go for a run...it was great.

It's nice and cool outside (62 degrees), and everything looks so much more interesting at night.

It's weird - in my four years on the cross country team I never went on a night run...but now that I'm in college, maybe I'll start.

I go running at night all the time:D

It's a lot of fun...nice and dark, and cool. So much better than during the day. I'm in 11th, and run XC and Track.

I don't usually get the runs at night, unless I have been eating a lot of burritos.

(Sorry, could not resist urge to make rude joke.) ;)

Wait, you were exhausted, so you went for a run? Jeez, when I'm exhausted I usually like to just take a nap or something. :)

Physical labor counts, I used to throw freight at night.

I was in great shape, but I didn't do it for the sake of exercise.

I have yet to go on a midnight run... I live way out in the boonies, so there are no streetlights at all and coyotes prowl the streets at night, so I'd be scared crapless if I went running after sunset. I really want to though; it sounds really awesome. I am a night owl; things are just so much cooler after dark... If I lived in a small city or village, I'd probably go on night runs 7 days, err nights, a week.

Coyotes are pretty harmless, they're not very big and they're much more scared of you than you should be of them.

Night running is the best- in fact, it's the only time I run. Now that I'm back in the dorms, I really need to get out and do it more. Like every night.

Endorphins are cool! :D

Yep. Maybe I should put a brag/plug in here that I rode my bike 10 miles today in 95 degree heat. :D

(hold your gasps folks, it was a rarity)
