ah man! wth? i can't donwload... ANYTHING!!!!!

i just noticed that i can't download anything, i click ona click to donwload a file and the download confirmation box just hangs then says IE cannot open the site. I tried all different servers, zdnet, download.com, fileplanet, etc, but it always hangs, how do I fix this!?!?! or could it be my ISP's problem?

The internet has imposed ratios, and you don't upload enough.

Don't download things on computers you're not supposed to. Computers with administration policies set on them can ban the downloading of files with certain extensions (i.e. exe, dll, etc) and it shows the exact same result as what you're describing.
