I just called USM to find out what I need to send to them. The operator was so friendly I was sad to hang up. In all seriousness, this was the *most* friendly, happy, well mannered, and helpful person I've ever spoken to.

And I thought the age of friendly phone operators was over.

Hell, I don't think the place has an address. No matter where you are in Bham that is the delivery number for all Pizza Hut restaurants. You don't call the individual restaurant to order. Isn't that fvcked?

Yeah he's right. It was the general bham number. She was just a stank ass slut of a woman. She was rude as sh*t.It wasn't so much as what she said, but how she sent it. Very resentful to have her job and mocking in her tone. I was close to hanging up but figured I could stomach her ineptitude long enough to complete my order.

That is weird.

Is the traffic always bad there? The last few times I've been through there, there have been really terrible traffic problems and bad accidents. The last time, a truck flipped in the air and demolished an interstate sign. I heard it on the local radio, then I drove by and saw it.

I'm pretty sure it was Birmingham, anyway.
